MogaMind is THIS generation Meditation, meaning it is designed for those who feel they don’t have time, the money, or even the ability to meditate. It is for the generation glued to their technology but instead of convincing you to escape it, we want to show you how to work with it and still experience mindfulness.

MogaMind creates "open-eyed meditation" so you can use it on the run, when you wake up, before bed, quickly before a stressful meeting, or even just as a daily tune up to remind yourself to feel good. MogaMind is not an escape from reality, it is a tool to help you be more present to the reality of what is in front of you (Gratitude), what is within you (Love), and what is to come (Visualization).
